Who We Are, what we're about

Founded by award winning jazz artist and multi instrumentalist michael feinberg, ridgewood Jazz FestivAl (501c3) makes its debut in 2025. the ridgewood jazz festival was created to connect artists, venues, and communities.  A passion project for Feinberg, Rjf is an incubator and presenter aiming to solve the biggest issue for venues, artists, and audiences - money. through our fundraising efforts we pay aritsts an equitable rate, take pressure off indpependant venues production, overhead and artists cost, and present low to no cast events for the public.

a note from the founder

ridgewood jazz fest is more than a music festival. we are a not for profit with a mission to build and support our community by curating unique low cost events, presenting world class music, and supporting local and independent venues. art should be free and accessible to all. if you believe in our cause we invite you to sponor an event or make a tax deductible donation. all contributions go directly to supporting artists and local businesses.
